3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3.1 Pricing

Our pricing is competitive and based on the scope of the project. Detailed quotes are provided before the commencement of any work. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specific client requirements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Gardener Tottenham takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or unforeseen incidents that occur during the provision of our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free from any hazards that may impede the execution of our services. Additionally, clients should inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions prior to the commencement of work.

7. Use of Materials

All materials used in our services are of high quality and appropriate for the task at hand. Clients have the option to provide their own materials if preferred, subject to approval by Gardener Tottenham.

8. Modifications to Terms

Gardener Tottenham reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
